Dive deeper into your pantry’s contents with this comprehensive 1:1 session. We’ll focus on purging items that no longer serve you, replacing them with whole foods that honor the fall season’s nourishing qualities. This all-encompassing package is for those ready to fully transform their kitchen space and eating habits in alignment with the fall season. What can I expect during the sessions?

During the first part of our call we will discuss your health and wellness goals, dietary restrictions, and where you are presently feeling in your energy. From there we will create a plan to clean out your pantry and fill it with the most nourishing foods of the season.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

No worries! We will go through dietary restrictions during the first part of our call

How do I prepare for the cleanse?

Please pull out the contents of your pantry and have them laid out in an organized manner on your counter or floor space so we can easily view each item. If you have purchased a seasonal transformation experience please also have the contents of your food cupboard and fridge (aside from perishables) laid out. Come with a notebook as well as plenty of containers for recycling & composting!
